The Multicultural Community provides NODA members with opportunities for networking, sharing and providing information on current issues facing underrepresented populations. This community serves as a coordinating body for promoting, supporting, and exploring programs, services, and trends pertinent to underrepresented populations and their persistence, retention, and transition in college.

Multicultural Network Roundtable & Post-Conference Connection
We are really excited that NODA has not only reserved space for our roundtable, but also for a post-conference opportunity. For these opportunities, the Multicultural Network will host a panel discussion for the roundtable and a small group discussion for the Post-Conference Connection. This panel will provide members an opportunity to ask questions and hear from their peers regarding their experiences as a professional of color as well as issues surrounding diversity and inclusion within OTR and that the small group discussions will bring some panelists back to serve as facilitators for a small group discussion post conference.

As the need for community grows, it is our hope that the Multicultural Network will become a safe-space and home for our professionals of color to dialogue, share resources, and support one another! Complete this form to submit questions to the panel, discussion topics, and expectations and suggestions for future programs and services.
